Delete your MJLIS account
You can request deletion of your MJLIS account and associated personal data at any time.
How to make a deletion request
- Send the request from the email address registered on your MJLIS account.
- Use the subject line Delete my MJLIS account.
- Include your MJLIS username and registered email address.
- Do not send your password. We may contact you to verify account ownership before deleting data.
What is deleted
After verification, we delete your account profile, login identifiers, friends, invitations, points records and profile image. Where a shared game must remain available to other players, your identity is removed and replaced with a non-identifying automated seat.
Timing and limited retention
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. Limited records may be retained only where needed to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or protect the security of the service. Such records are retained only for as long as necessary for that purpose.
